Abstract
This vehicle control device (20) comprises: a vehicle characteristic information acquisition unit (201) that acquires vehicle characteristic information indicating vehicle characteristics of a vehicle model; a vehicle characteristic information storage unit (203) that stores the vehicle characteristic information; a vehicle characteristic information setting unit (205) that sets the vehicle characteristic information to a host vehicle; and a sound generation unit (207) that generates sound. The vehicle characteristic information includes driving force characteristics of the driving device of the vehicle model and sound information about the driving device of the vehicle model. The vehicle characteristic information setting unit (205) sets the driving force characteristics of the driving device to the host vehicle, and the sound generation unit (207) sets the sound information about the driving device to the host vehicle.
