Abstract
A diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment disclosed herein includes a first information generation unit configured to receive an infrared (IR) signal transmitted from an external transmitter and generate first information related to a frequency of the IR signal, a second information generation unit configured to receive the IR signal and generate second information related to a light quantity of the IR signal, and a processor configured to diagnose a state of the transmitter based on the first information and the second information.
