Abstract
This application provides a display control method, an electronic device, and a storage medium, and relates to the field of terminal technologies, so that a swiping strategy can be dynamically adjusted, thereby improving user experience. The method includes the following steps: The electronic device obtains a first proportion and a second proportion of a target page, where the first proportion is used to characterize a ratio of text content on the target page to all content on the target page, and the second proportion is used to characterize a ratio of image content on the target page to all the content on the target page; the electronic device determines, based on the first proportion and the second proportion, a target swiping strategy, where the target swiping strategy includes a target initial velocity gain coefficient and a target friction coefficient, the target initial velocity gain coefficient is positively correlated with the first proportion and negatively correlated with the second proportion, and the target friction coefficient is negatively correlated with the first proportion and positively correlated with the second proportion; and the electronic device controls, based on the target swiping strategy, swiping of the target page, in response to a release action following a swipe operation performed by a user on the target page.
