Abstract

The present disclosure provides an electrode stack, a battery, a method for producing an electrode stack and a method for producing a battery, which can maintain the facing area between the positive electrode active material layer and negative electrode active material layer while improving the diffusibility of the electrolyte solution and the gas emission property during charge-discharge. The electrode stack of the disclosure have an active material layer and a current collector layer in contact with the active material layer, the electrode stack having voids with maximum dimensions of 10 µm or greater in the surface of the active material layer on the current collector layer side and/or in the active material layer.
