Abstract
The present disclosure provides an electrode active material layer that can improve battery capacity retention, as well as a battery comprising the electrode active material layer, whereby the capacity retention is improved. The electrode active material layer of the disclosure comprises an electrode active material and a sulfide solid electrolyte. In the electrode active material layer of the present disclosure, the peak intensity in the spectrum obtained by XPS measurement satisfies the following relational expression (1): 0.40≤I163.0/I161.5≤0.60 wherein:I (163.0) is the maximum peak intensity at 163.0 ±1.0 eV,I (161.5) is the maximum peak intensity at 161.5 ±1.0 eV.The battery of the disclosure 100 comprises an electrode active material layer.
