Abstract
An energy storage device according to one aspect of the present invention includes: an electrode body having a flat surface; and a stainless steel container accommodating the electrode body, wherein the container has a protrusion on an inner surface thereof, the protrusion being provided at a location facing the flat surface of the electrode body, and the electrode body has an outermost layer containing inorganic particles as a main component.
