Abstract

A technique for enabling a connector to be easily attached to and detached from a substrate is provided. A connector (100) according to the present disclosure can be attached to and detached from a substrate (300) including a plurality of pads (301), and can mate with an opponent connector. The connector 100 includes a plurality of contacts (121A), a shell (110) that holds the plurality of contacts (121A), and a coupling part that removably connects the shell (110) to the substrate (300). The shell (110) includes a shell body (111), and a claw (112) protruded from the shell body (111). The claw (112) includes a claw body (113), and a protrusion (114) protruded from the claw body (113). The claw (112) catches the substrate (300) and the coupling part couples the shell (110) to the substrate (300).
