Abstract

Embodiments of this disclosure provide a data transmission, data reception method and apparatuses thereof. The method includes: receiving first configuration information and second configuration information by a terminal equipment, wherein the first configuration information includes first reference signal position information of one or more candidate cells; and transmitting a channel state information report according to the first configuration information and/or the second configuration information, wherein in a case where it is configured to include a measurement of a special cell in the channel state information report, the channel state information report includes or does not include the measurement of the special cell. Therefore, occurrence of indefinite equipment behaviors resulted from configuration conflicts may be avoided, and inconsistent understandings of CSI report contents by the terminal equipment and the network device may be avoided, thereby avoiding transmission failure of the CSI report.
