Abstract
One embodiment disclosed in the present disclosure provides a method for a first base station to perform communication. The method comprises the steps of: transmitting an uplink signal to a secondary cell (SCell) by using a timing advance (TA) for a reference cell; receiving an offset for the used TA from a network; and determining a TA for the SCell on the basis of the offset for the TA, wherein carrier aggregation (CA) through a primary cell (PCell) and the SCell is configured for the UE, and the SCell is a cell that does not broadcast a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block (SSB).
