Abstract

Provided are a method by which a first device communicates wirelessly and a device supporting same. The method may comprise the steps of: acquiring configuration information related to a plurality of carriers; performing channel busy ratio (CBR) measurement for a first resource pool included in a first carrier among the plurality of carriers; selecting the first carrier on the basis of the CBR measurement value related to the first resource pool being smaller than a threshold value; and, on the basis of the first carrier being selected, determining the first resource pool for the CBR measurement as a resource pool for generating a sidelink (SL) grant.
