Abstract
Provided are a solar cell, a tandem solar cell and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes a substrate, a tunneling layer, a doped conductive layer, a first passivation layer, a first anti-reflection layer and first finger electrodes. A first surface of the substrate includes a first region and a second region. The first region includes first sub-regions. The tunneling layer is formed over the first region. The doped conductive layer is formed over a side of the tunneling layer away from the substrate. The first passivation layer is formed over a side of the doped conductive layer away from the tunneling layer and over the second region. The first anti-reflection layer is formed over a side of the first passivation layer away from the substrate. The first finger electrode is disposed at the first sub-region. At least one of the first finger electrodes is electrically connected to the doped conductive layer. A distance L1 between the first finger electrode and an edge of the first sub-region corresponding to the first finger electrode in the first direction is in a range of 50µm≤L1≤800µm. Such a design can reduce the optical parasitic absorption of the doped conductive layer while ensuring the performance of lateral transport of carriers, thereby improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
