A system and a method for inductive heating of an object are presented. The system comprises an inductive heating coil and an electronic controller adapted to provide electrical power to the inductive heating coil. At least one optical waveguide is positioned in between the inductive heating coil and the object. The optical waveguide(s) comprises at least one optical temperature sensor arranged to obtain measurement signals by means of light. The system further comprises an optical measurement subsystem adapted to receive the measurement signals from the optical temperature sensor(s). The optical measurement subsystem is further adapted to determine a at least one local temperature of the object based on the measurement signals. The optical measurement subsystem is adapted to provide a feedback signal to the electronic controller based on the plurality of local temperatures.

One aspect of the present invention relates to a decommissioning system for decommissioning one or more track sections in a railway network. A decommissioning system may be understood as a system designed to interface with railway signalling systems to simulate track occupancy, thereby preventing train movements in designated sections for safety purposes. The present disclosure relates to the technical field of batteries, and, in particular, to a battery module, an energy storage system and an electric device. In the present disclosure, when liquid in a flow guiding cavity contacts a bottom side of a battery cell, the liquid is forced to enter a flow guiding channel through an inlet of the flow guiding channel, to perform heat management on the battery cell. In this process, since an opening of the flow guiding cavity directly matches with the battery cell, the liquid in the flow guiding cavity directly contacts the bottom side of the battery cell, thereby increasing a contact area between the liquid and the battery cell, and improving a heat management effect. Meanwhile, since a fluid channel which forces the liquid to enter the flow guiding channel through the inlet of the flow guiding channel and flow out from the flow guiding channel is formed, the liquid better fits a side surface of a cavity wall of the flow guiding channel formed by the battery cells, thereby facilitating heat exchange between the liquid and the battery cells, and then facilitating an improvement of a heat management effect.
