Über die Kanzlei
Das Algemeen Octrooi- en Merkenbureau (AOMB) besteht seit mehr als 55 Jahren und hat sich von Eindhoven aus zu einem der größten IP-Büros der Niederlande mit inzwischen sieben Standorten im Land sowie drei weiteren in Polen entwickelt. Über Patente hinaus betreut AOMB Marken, Designs und Sortenschutzrechte und vertritt Mandanten auch vor dem Einheitlichen Patentgericht. Als Gründungsmitglied der europäischen Allianz unabhängiger IP-Kanzleien AIPEX greift die Kanzlei auf ein Netzwerk von über 200 Fachleuten in ganz Europa zurück. Das Selbstverständnis als familiär geprägtes Unternehmen, das sich selbst als „angenehmste IP-Firma zum Arbeiten und Zusammenarbeiten“ bezeichnet, prägt bis heute den Umgang mit Mandanten aus Life Sciences, Hightech, Maschinenbau und Chemie.

Zusammenfassung
Method for mounting pseudo-bricks (2) onto a background (1), comprising the steps of (a) fitting horizontal fastening rails (3) to the background for the purpose of connecting the pseudo-bricks to the background, and (b) providing pseudo-bricks which are able to be suspended in a securely clamped manner on the fastening rails. The fastening rails each comprise a top rail (4) for engagement with the top side of the pseudo-bricks, and a bottom rail (5) for engagement with the bottom side of the pseudo-bricks, for which purpose the pseudo-bricks are provided with a top engagement profile (2a) and a bottom engagement profile (2b). The top rail and bottom rail are preferably provided with clamping or pressing members (4b, 5b) for keeping the pseudo-bricks pressed in a forward direction in the fitted state of the pseudo-bricks. The invention further comprises a preferred embodiment of the pseudo-bricks as well as a method for producing such pseudo-bricks. |

Zusammenfassung
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of batteries, and, in particular, to a battery module, an energy storage system and an electric device. In the present disclosure, when liquid in a flow guiding cavity contacts a bottom side of a battery cell, the liquid is forced to enter a flow guiding channel through an inlet of the flow guiding channel, to perform heat management on the battery cell. In this process, since an opening of the flow guiding cavity directly matches with the battery cell, the liquid in the flow guiding cavity directly contacts the bottom side of the battery cell, thereby increasing a contact area between the liquid and the battery cell, and improving a heat management effect. Meanwhile, since a fluid channel which forces the liquid to enter the flow guiding channel through the inlet of the flow guiding channel and flow out from the flow guiding channel is formed, the liquid better fits a side surface of a cavity wall of the flow guiding channel formed by the battery cells, thereby facilitating heat exchange between the liquid and the battery cells, and then facilitating an improvement of a heat management effect. |
