Abstract

Provided are a back-contact solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof. The back-contact solar cell module includes a solar cell, a busbar, a plurality of first-polarity solder strips, a plurality of second-polarity solder strips, and an insulating film. The busbar, the plurality of first-polarity solder strips, the plurality of second-polarity solder strips, and the insulating film are all arranged on a back surface of the solar cell. The first-polarity solder strips and the second-polarity solder strips are alternately arranged on the back surface of the solar cell, the first-polarity solder strips are electrically connected to the busbar, and the insulating film can isolate the busbar from the solar cell. Along a thickness direction of the solar cell, the first-polarity solder strips and the second-polarity solder strips are respectively arranged on two sides of the insulating film.
