Abstract
An organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, the organic layer comprising at least one charge-neutral metal-organic coordination compound, with the metal-organic coordination compound comprising at least one electrically negatively charged gallium compound of general formula (1-1): <img class="EMIRef" id="1da0d0c8-8e13-4782-87a6-f3dc7487ecae-ia01" /> with A, and B independently being substituted or non-substituted heterocyclic rings, and broken lines indicating e.g. a chemical bond or linking group at any available position.
