Abstract

Embodiments provide a die coater. The die coater includes a first die with a manifold and a shim coupled to the first die, in which the shim includes a body extending in a first direction and a spacer shim extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and dividing the manifold, the spacer shim defines an insulation flow path configured to discharge insulating slurry, the insulation flow path includes an inlet, a first insulation flow path connected to the inlet, a buffer connected to the first insulation flow path, and a second insulation flow path connected to the buffer, and a width of the second insulation flow path and a width of the buffer are different from each other.
