Abstract

According to exemplary embodiments, a die coater is provided. The die coater includes a first die including a manifold; and a shim coupled to the first die, wherein the shim includes a body shim extending in a first direction and a spacer shim extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and dividing the manifold, the spacer shim defines an insulation flow path configured to discharge insulation slurry, the insulation flow path includes an inlet port, a first insulation flow path connected to the inlet port, and a second insulation flow path connecting an outlet port and the first insulation flow path, and the second insulation flow path may have a slope toward the outlet port
