Abstract
The invention relates to a masterbatch comprising: a) 5-50 wt% of a polyolefin, b) 40-85 wt% of plant fibers, c) 1.5-25 wt% of calcium stearate, d) 0-25 wt% of a compatibilizer and/or plasticizer, wherein the plant fibers have a length size less than 500 µm, wherein the total of a)+b)+c) is at least 85 wt% of the masterbatch, and wherein the wt% is relative to the weight of the masterbatch.
