A user-control wall arrangement comprises a main-frame (Fm) for mounting to or for forming a wall (W) and that has two spaced apart main-uprights (Um) for extending at least partly between a floor and ceiling of the living unit while delimiting a main-space (Sm) between them, an assembly of panels (P) that together are configured to close of said main-space and that comprises a lower panel (PI), a plurality of intermediate panels (Pi), and an upper panel (Pu). One of the intermediate panels forms a control panel (Pic) that is equipped with an arrangement of user-controls (UC). The plurality of intermediate panels are configured to be releasably connected to the main-uprights in a selected order of intermediate height positions one above the other in between the lower and upper panels such that one of those intermediate height positions is selectable for the control panel in dependence of an aimed user.

The present invention relates to a container silo assembly for an underground waste container that is configured to be installed at least partially underground, the container silo assembly including a container silo (1) made of a polymeric material and comprising an annular side wall (2), a bottom wall (5) and a top opening (3). The container silo assembly further comprises an annular top collar (10), distinct from the container silo (1), which comprises a central through opening (12), wherein the annular top collar (10) is mounted on the container silo (1) to rest on the annular side wall (2), and wherein the central through opening (12) is aligned with the top opening (3) to enable insertion of the underground waste container in the silo interior (4).

The invention relates to a method for the identification of a mixture of plastic objects, comprising: a) providing a plurality of plastic objects; b) detecting individual plastic objects from the plurality of plastic objects and obtaining at least one identification characteristic of each plastic object; c) comparing the at least one identification characteristic of each plastic object with a data library comprising object IDs assigned to plastic objects, wherein the object IDs comprise object characteristics; d) identifying each individual plastic object by comparing the at least one identification characteristic as obtained in step b) with the object IDs from the data library; e) collecting a set of identified individual plastic objects and providing a report containing collective object characteristics of the set of collected individual objects; f) optionally creating a label providing access to the report; g) optionally bundling the set of individual plastic objects, thereby providing a bundle; and optionally labelling the bundle with the label created in step f).

Proposed are a method of and a system for quantitatively predicting kinase-compound binding affinity using a deep learning (DL) model. This method can accurately and quantitatively predict kinase-compound binding affinity while improving the generalization ability of the model.

The present application discloses a back-contact cell assembly and a system. The invention relates to a masterbatch comprising: a) 5-50 wt% of a polyolefin, b) 40-85 wt% of plant fibers, c) 1.5-25 wt% of calcium stearate, d) 0-25 wt% of a compatibilizer and/or plasticizer, wherein the plant fibers have a length size less than 500 µm, wherein the total of a)+b)+c) is at least 85 wt% of the masterbatch, and wherein the wt% is relative to the weight of the masterbatch.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for establishing a monitoring network in a ship using magnetic-field communication. The method includes: a signal generation step in which at least one sensor installed in each of a plurality of compartments senses an environment and a state within the corresponding compartment and generates a signal including sensing data; a signal reception step in which a multi-access access point (AP) installed in each compartment receives a signal generated from a sensor installed in the same compartment; an AP-to-AP signal transmission and reception step in which a plurality of multi-access APs respectively installed in the compartments mutually transmit and receive signals using a magnetic-field communication scheme; a monitoring-system connection step in which at least one of the plurality of multi-access APs is connected to a central monitoring system of the ship through a wired network; and a monitoring step in which the central monitoring system analyzes data from all of the sensors installed in the ship and monitors a state of the ship in real time.

A pile driving method for driving a pile, e.g. a hollow and open ended pile, e.g. a large diameter pile having an outer diameter of at least 5 meters, e.g. a monopile of an offshore wind turbine, into the soil, e.g. into the seabed. Use is made of a pile driving system which comprises a drive head member and a liquid fillable drop tank with a capacity to hold at least 50m3 of a liquid therein. A lift system brings the drop tank into an initial height position and a quick release of the lift system causes the drop tank to falls down onto an energy transfer assembly for transfer of energy from the falling drop tank to the drive head member.
