Abstract
This control device comprises: an extraction unit that extracts, from time-series data obtained by measuring the indoor temperature of a space to be air-conditioned, an element included in a monitoring section from a predetermined start condition to a predetermined end condition of air-conditioning control by an air conditioner; a division unit that uses, as an element of a primary delay response, an element after a point at which the indoor temperature starts falling in the monitoring section during a cooling operation and an element after a point at which the indoor temperature starts rising in the monitoring section during a heating operation, and divides elements other than the elements of the primary delay response in the monitoring section as elements of a dead time; and an estimation unit that estimates the length of the dead time as a dead time estimation value, and estimates a time constant estimation value at which a curve approximation error from the indoor temperature in the primary delay response is minimized.
