Abstract
A battery diagnosis device according to an embodiment of this document includes a memory configured to store at least one instruction and at least one processor configured to execute the at least one instruction, and the one or more processors may be configured to identify a degradation indicator for each charging capacity of a first battery cell among a plurality of battery cells included in a battery unit, identify a degradation indicator of a second battery cell based on at least one of a value of a charging capacity of a second battery cell among the plurality of battery cells, a degradation indicator for each charging capacity of the first battery cell, or a combination thereof, and diagnose a state of the second battery cell based on the degradation indicator of the second battery cell.
