Abstract
The present invention provides an electrochromic device that can be set in states S0, S1 and S2, wherein different sets of electrochromic moieties are activated, and wherein state S2 is a state where the cell has a reversed polarity compared to state S1, all within one electrochromic cell. A single cell is thus able to achieve at least three different colors.
