Abstract

Embodiments of this disclosure provide an information transmission method and apparatus and a communication system. The method includes: receiving serving cell configuration information of a first cell, the serving cell configuration information comprising or not comprising a ninth higher layer parameter used to configure a first DCI format to comprise a first information field used for Scell dormancy indication, and/or the serving cell configuration information comprising or not comprising a tenth higher layer parameter used to configure a second DCI format to comprise a first information field used for Scell dormancy indication; and receiving the first DCI format and/or the second DCI format in the first cell, wherein the first DCI format is used to schedule a PDSCH of a cell, or multiple PDSCHs of multiple cells, each cell corresponding to a PDSCH respectively, and the second DCI format is used to schedule a PUSCH of a first cell, or multiple PUSCHs of multiple cells, each cell corresponding to a PUSCH respectively.
