Abstract
Provided are a solar cell and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes a substrate, a passivation layer and a light-transmitting layer. The passivation layer is located on a side of the passivation layer facing a light-receiving surface. The light-transmitting layer is arranged on a side of the passivation layer away from the substrate. The light-transmitting layer includes an adhesive film layer, light-converting particles, and anti-reflection particles. The light-converting particles and the anti-reflection particles are arranged over the passivation layer through the adhesive film layer. An average diameter of the anti-reflection particles is less than or equal to that of the light-converting particles.
