Abstract

A display device (100) can include a substrate (110) in which a plurality of sub pixels (SP1, SP2, SP3) is defined, a thin film transistor (120) disposed on the substrate (110), a planarization layer (PNL) disposed on the thin film transistor (120), an organic light emitting diode (130) disposed on the planarization layer (PNL) to correspond to each of the plurality of sub pixels (SP1, SP2, SP3), an encapsulation layer (140) disposed on the organic light emitting diode (130), a touch sensor layer (150), a touch protection layer (TPAS) disposed on the touch sensor layer (150), a black matrix (160) disposed between adjacent sub pixels on the touch protection layer (TPAS), and a plurality of color filters disposed on the touch protection layer (TPAS) to correspond to each of the plurality of sub pixels (SP1, SP2, SP3).
