Abstract
A quantum device includes one or more qubits. Each of the one or more qubits includes a first conductor, a second conductor, and a Josephson junction element connected between the first conductor and the second conductor, and a capacitance of each of the one or more qubits with respect to ground potential is 10 fF or more and 30 fF or less. The quantum device can be used in, for example, quantum computing.
