Abstract

The brake disc comprises a dense region and a plurality of nanoporous regions distributed at intervals in the dense region, wherein the dense region comprises a carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide material, and the nanoporous region comprises cracked carbon in a continuous phase and carbon particles distributed in the cracked carbon, wherein the pore size of the nanoporous region ranges from 10 nm to 100 nm, and the porosity ranges from 15% to 30%.
