Abstract
It relates to a polymer or a salt thereof which comprises a first polymer building block and a second polymer building block wherein: a) the first and second polymer building blocks are covalently bonded through at least a common lateral chain, and b) the first polymer building block is an oligopeptide-modified poly(beta-aminoester). The polymer comprising the two building blocks can be conveniently prepared by click chemistry. It also relates to nanoparticles comprising this polymer, to pharmaceutical and cosmetic compositions comprising the polymer or the nanoparticles, and to their use as a delivery system and in therapy, diagnosis or cell-targeting.
