Abstract
Described herein is a computer-implemented method for providing continuous navigation information using a map display of a digital map during a drive of a vehicle along a route.The method comprises: obtaining a position related to a position of the vehicle and continuous transitioning a view of the map display from a first view to a second view, the second view configured to show the lane-level data for the continuous navigation information. The continuous transitioning is initiated based on a first distance between the position and a manoeuvre point for the drive of the vehicle.
