Abstract
A chemical sensor 1 includes a silicon substrate 2 on which a diaphragm 21 is formed, a strain sensor 3 that is provided on the silicon substrate 2, an adsorption membrane 4 that is provided at the diaphragm 21 and whose volume changes by adsorbing a specific substance. The strain sensor 3 includes a vacuum chamber that is formed in the diaphragm 21, and a resonator that is formed in an interior of the vacuum chamber.
