Abstract
A battery diagnostic device may include a memory that stores at least one instruction and at least one processor that executes the at least one instruction, and the at least one processor may be configured to execute a charging process in which a charging section of a specific charge rate and a first rest section are alternately repeated for a battery cell or execute a discharging process in which a discharging section of a specific discharge rate and a second rest section are alternately repeated for the battery cell, acquire a resistance of the battery cell while executing the charging process or the discharging process, and diagnose a charge capacity of the battery cell based on the resistance of the battery cell.
