Abstract
A battery diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment disclosed herein includes an information obtaining unit configured to obtain a shunt voltage and a shunt current of a current detection resistor (shunt resistor), a storage unit configured to store a voltage of the battery pack, and a control unit configured to store a first voltage, which is a voltage of the battery pack at a first point in time corresponding to a rest state of the battery pack, and a second voltage, which is a voltage of the battery pack at a second point in time after a first interval from the first point in time and diagnose a state of the current detection resistor, based on the difference between the second voltage and the first voltage and the shunt current.
