Abstract

A developing cartridge (1) includes: a casing (10); a developing roller (30); a shaft (61); and a first inclined surface (621). The shaft (61) is movable in a first direction relative to the casing (10) and the developing roller (30), and is movable in a second direction together with the casing (10) and the developing roller (30). The first inclined surface (621) is positioned at one end portion (61A) of the shaft (61) in the first direction and movable together with the shaft (61). The first inclined surface (621) is inclined relative to the first direction such that a distance between the shaft (61) and the first inclined surface (621) in the second direction increases in a direction from the one end portion (61A) of the shaft (61) in the first direction to another end portion of the shaft (61) in the first direction.
