Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a negative electrode for a lithium secondary battery and a method of manufacturing the same. The negative electrode has a pattern structure in which a first region and a second region having a predetermined deviation in L* of a CIE LAB color difference meter are alternately disposed on a surface of a negative electrode active layer, thereby exhibiting excellent adhesion between a negative electrode current collector and the negative electrode active layer. In addition, the negative electrode has advantages of not only improved swelling phenomenon during charging but also excellent rapid charging performance.
