Abstract
A cylindrical battery cell, a battery and an electric device. The cylindrical battery cell includes an electrolyte solution, an electrode assembly and a casing, where the casing accommodates the electrolyte solution and the electrode assembly. The electrolyte solution contains an electrolyte salt, and the electrolyte salt includes a hexafluorophosphate. The casing includes a casing body and a film layer, the film layer is at least arranged on a surface of the casing body facing the electrode assembly, and the matrix element in the film layer is the nickel element. The reliability and cycle performance of the cylindrical battery cell during use in the embodiments are improved.
