Abstract
A battery cell, a battery, and an electric device, relating to the technical field of batteries. The battery cell comprises: a first shell wall, a pole, a first insulating seal, and a pad, wherein the pole comprises a penetration part and a first extension part, the first extension part extends to the outer side of the outer surface of or the inner side of the inner surface of the first shell wall, the penetration part and the first extension part constitute a first pole part, the first insulating seal is matched between the first pole part and the first shell wall, and the pad is arranged between the first pole part and the first shell wall and used for buffering the acting force applied to the first insulating seal by at least one of the first pole part and the first shell wall.
