Abstract
A gasket for suppressing flame release according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is a gasket disposed between an upper housing and a lower housing for sealing, including a first taper unit including an inner surface and an outer surface tapered outward, and a second taper unit including an inner surface and an outer surface tapered outward and connected to the outer side of the first taper unit. The gasket and a battery pack present leakage of gas and particles and suppress flame release in case of thermal runaway.
