Abstract

A battery cell (20), a battery (100) and an electrical device. The battery cell (20) comprises a casing (21), a first electrode terminal (22), an electrode assembly (23), a first insulating member (24) and a second insulating member (25). The casing comprises a first wall (211), and the first electrode terminal (22) is insulated from and arranged on the first wall (211); the electrode assembly (23) is arranged in the casing (21), the electrode assembly (23) comprising a main body part (231) and a first tab (232); the main body part (231) is flat, and the main body part (231) is provided with a first end surface (2311) facing the first wall (211); the first tab (232) is arranged on the first end surface (2311), and the first tab (232) is electrically connected to the first electrode terminal (22); the first insulating member (24) and the second insulating member (25) are arranged in the casing (21), and in the thickness direction of the main body part (231), the first tab (232) is located between the first insulating member (24) and the second insulating member (25).
