Abstract
This application discloses a circuit board assembly, a circuit board assembly processing method, and a terminal device, and pertains to the technical field of circuit board processing. The circuit board assembly includes a circuit board, an electronic component, an insulation structure, and a shielding structure. The electronic component is electrically connected to the circuit board. The insulation structure extends from a surface of the electronic component to a bottom surface of a component body of the electronic component, to encapsulate at least the component body. The shielding structure extends from a surface of the insulation structure to the circuit board to cover the electronic component. Space occupied by the circuit board assembly in a thickness direction of the circuit board is smaller, and the insulation structure may be more firmly bonded to the surface of the electronic component and is not prone to peeling and delamination.
