Abstract

Disclosed is a display panel (10). The display panel (10) includes a substrate (100), a switching transistor (ST) disposed on the substrate (100) and including a first gate electrode (G1), a first source electrode (SSDla), a first drain electrode (SSD1b), and a first active layer (ACT1), a driving transistor (DT) disposed on the substrate (100) to be spaced apart from the switching transistor (ST) and including a second gate electrode (G2), a second source electrode (DSD1a), a second drain electrode (DSD1b), and a second active layer (ACT2), a light-emitting element (OLED) including an anode (AND) conductively connected to one electrode of the second source electrode (DSDla) and the second drain electrode (DSD1b) of the driving transistor (DT), an emission layer (EL) located on the anode (AND), and a cathode (CTD) located on the emission layer (EL), an intermediate electrode (SD2) configured to conductively connect the one electrode of the second source electrode (DSD1a) and the second drain electrode (DSD1b) of the driving transistor (DT) to the anode (AND), wherein the first active layer (ACT1) of the switching transistor (ST) overlaps at least one of the anode (AND) and the intermediate electrode (SD2), and at least a portion of the second active layer (ACT2) of the driving transistor (DT) does not overlap the anode (AND) and the intermediate electrode (SD2).
