Abstract

An integrated circuit structure is provided. The integrated circuit structure includes a substrate, a patterned ground shield structure, and a shielded circuit. The patterned ground shield structure is disposed above the substrate. The patterned ground shield structure includes a central portion and branches. The branches are connected to the central portion. The branches substantially extend radially from a central point of the central portion and surround the central portion. The shielded circuit including at least one conductive line is located directly above the patterned ground shield structure.
