Abstract

Provided is a ferritic stainless steel powder with which a ferritic stainless steel component having excellent additive manufacturability and excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance can be manufactured. A ferritic stainless steel powder having a chemical composition including, in mass%, C: 0.003 to 0.200%, Si: 0.01 to 2.00%, Mn: 0.05 to 2.00%, P: 0.040% or less, S: 0.010% or less, Cr: 15.0 to 35.0%, Ni: 0.10 to 2.50%, Mo: 0.50 to 3.00%, Nb: 0.10% or greater and less than 0.70%, N: 0.030% or less, and O: 0.200% or less, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, the chemical composition satisfying inequality (1), shown below, wherein the ferritic stainless steel powder has a median diameter D<50> of 10 µm or greater and 200 µm or less and an apparent density of 3.5 Mg/m<3> or greater and 5.0 Mg/m<3> or less: Ni + Mo ≥ 2.00 <img class="EMIRef" id="70471c82-b0ae-4ddd-b7af-f3ff342e8ab1-ia01" />
