Abstract

A liquid discharge head 1 includes a plurality of pressure chambers 31, a plurality of nozzles 21 respectively connected to the plurality of pressure chambers 31, a diaphragm 33 positioned on the plurality of pressure chambers 31, and a plurality of piezoelectric elements 34 positioned on the diaphragm 33 corresponding to the plurality of pressure chambers 31. The diaphragm 33 includes a first silicon oxide layer 331, a silicon layer 332 as a single layer positioned on the first silicon oxide layer 331 and having a thickness of 1.1 µm to 1.9 µm, and a second silicon oxide layer 333 positioned on the silicon layer 332 as a single layer.
