Abstract
A resin composition including: a component (A) being one or more resins selected from the group consisting of a polyimide resin (A1), a polybenzoxazole resin (A2), and a copolymer resin (A3) of a structural unit of the polyimide resin and a structural unit of the polybenzoxazole resin; and a component (B) being levoglucosenone and/or dihydrolevoglucosenone. Provided are a resin composition capable of affording a cured film having good chemical resistance, adhesion to metals, flatness, and breaking elongation, an electronic component and an organic EL display device each including the cured film of the resin composition.
