Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention is a 900 MPa-grade hot-rolled hot-dip galvanized steel plate which comprises a substrate and a hot-dip galvanizing layer. The substrate contains Fe and inevitable impurities, and the substrate further comprises the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: 0.06%-0.10% of C, 1.5-2.15% of Mn, 0.02-0.08% of Al, 0 < Cr ≤ 0.5%, 0.05-0.30% of Mo, 0.11-0.16% of Ti, and 0 < Nb ≤ 0.05%. The substrate does not contain Si element, and the microstructure of the substrate comprises granular bainite and second-phase particle precipitates, the volume fraction of the second-phase particle precipitates being not less than 0.2%, and the volume fraction ratio of the second-phase particle precipitates having the size not larger than 10 nm to all the second-phase particle precipitates being greater than 80%.
