Abstract

A light sensor and an electronic device are provided. The light sensor includes: at least one light gathering unit, at least one light blocking unit, and a light sensing unit. In a direction perpendicular to a light sensing plane of the light sensing unit, each light gathering unit corresponds to at least one light blocking unit, and the light blocking unit is located between the light gathering unit and the light sensing plane, the light blocking unit blocks, after first incident light among incident light is gathered by the light gathering unit, the gathered light from reaching the light sensing plane, an angle between the first incident light and a normal line of the light sensing plane being less than an angle threshold, the angle threshold being less than 90°, and the light sensing unit detects an illumination intensity of light reaching the light sensing plane.
