Abstract
A phosphate-based cathode material, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof are provided in the disclosure. The phosphate-based cathode material includes a matrix particle and a carbon coating layer coated on a surface of the matrix particle. A chemical formula of the matrix particle is Li<x>M<y>PO<4>, where 0.96 ≤ x ≤ 1.08, 0.96 ≤ y ≤ 1, and M includes at least one of Fe or Mn. A first metal element is doped on an M site, and the first metal element includes at least one of Ti, V, Cr, Co, Ni, Nb, Mo, or W; and/or, a second metal element is doped on a Li site, and the second metal element includes at least one of Mg or Zr. The carbon coating layer includes a carbon material, and a degree of disorder I<D>/I<G> of the carbon material is less than or equal to 1.2.
