Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a battery module and battery pack capable of preventing tab disconnection due to swelling of a battery cell, and a vehicle including the same. A battery module and battery pack including a cell assembly configured such that a plurality of battery cells including electrode leads are stacked, wherein the cell assembly includes a plurality of bent portions formed to be bent at predetermined radii on at least one of a plurality of electrode leads arranged along a stacking direction of the plurality of battery cells, and a vehicle including the same are provided.
