Abstract

The present disclosure provides a method and device for implementing on-board store-and-forward function, equipment and medium, to solve the problem of how an application enabler layer assists the network in realizing an on-board communication service in scenarios where satellite access is satisfied. The method for implementing on-board store-and-forward function in the present disclosure includes: determining a third on-board store-and-forward parameter according to one or more of a data service request, UE capability information, a first on-board store-and-forward parameter transmitted by a core network device and pre-configured second on-board store-and-forward parameter.
