Abstract
An aerial User Equipment (UE) receives system information via broadcast in a first cell. The aerial UE does not treat the first cell as a barred cell in cell selection or cell reselection, if the system information does not contain first information indicating whether the first cell is barred to aerial UEs. For example, this could contribute to solving a problem regarding the implementation of a mechanism to allow aerial UEs to respect a no-transmit zone (NTZ).
