Abstract
A UE attempts to detect an SSB on a first frequency band supporting a TN and an NTN, and performs an initial access procedure on the basis of the detected SSB, wherein the attempt to detect the SSB may be performed with priority on a cell having a high priority from among a TN cell and an NTN cell on the basis of priorities that are set for the TN cell and the NTN cell.
